Falls are a
leading cause of death for people greater than 65 y.o..
You might have missed it, but it is not too
late to participate in the 10 Million Steps program centered around September
23, the National Falls Awareness Day.
Walk a mile, take a selfie, and post it on social media using the
hashtags #PreventFalls and #10MStepsOH.
Regular walking for 15-30 minutes a day is one of the best ways to
prevent falls (and heart attacks too).
